I liked the calm environment and the kind welcoming when checking in. I like the softness of the bedding and for a single the bed was surprisingly comfy. However, one the beds was very noisy in room 309. I didn't like how I messaged before arriving about the request of the room being a twin and when we arrived and noticed it wasn't we asked nicely for our bedroom to be made into a twin and it took them over 2hrs to do so... Therefore We had to wait to get into bed, and we were tired and this was around 9.20, we checked in and mentioned about our room at 645pm. Also I didn't like how I had to clean the fan and remove an inch thick of dust just to be able to use it. Unfortunately I made a mess and left dust all over the floor, sorry. Once i noticed the mess I went to the bathroom to continue cleaning it over the sink. I didn't like that when the shower was turnt on it would spray water out over the top the curtains because of connection on the shower head. Soaking everything near the bin, toilet and as far as the sink. Was slightly amusing to turn on the shower and get sprayed in the head... Especially when I didn't tell my guest.

The staff were polite and friendly, the room was cute and very clean. The breakfast was lovely, we also ate in the restaurant which was nice ! Great atmosphere and relaxing
