Vi kan ikke få ros personalet på dette hotellet. For en fantastisk fin gjeng. De ansatte gjorde sitt beste for at vi skulle ha et bra opphold. De var behjelpelige med å finne løsninger på utfordringer vi møtte på i løpet av oppholdet vårt. Resepsjonen og restauranten er ryddig og rent. Men resten av hotellet særlig teppene på veg til rommene er ski

Praktisches sehr gut gelegenes Hotel
Mir wurde das Hotel von Bekannten empfohlen, die mit einem 3-jährigen Kind unterwegs waren. Das Hotel ist zwar nicht das Neueste, ich war jedoch rundum zufrieden. Die Lage ist sehr gut, zentral, Nähe des Zentrums und auch Nissi Beach ist in 15 Min. zu Fuss erreichbar.

Lovely hotel, nice sea view, reasonable breakfast, very reasonable price. Nice gym - pool costs extra unfortunately. Per hour.

Schon der unfreundliche Empfang durch Natascha im russisch gebrochenen englischen Akzent war für uns als Vielreisende schwer gewöhnungsbedürftig. Die Zimmer sind nur halbherzig renoviert, die Einbaumöbel sicher schon 25 Jahre alt und der Bodenbelag im Zimmer, auf den Gängen und die Gäste erinnern uns an unsere letzten Aufenthalte in Krasnojarsk und Omsk. Wir kommen sicherlich nicht wieder - nicht mal geschenkt.

Beautiful hotel with amazing sea views. Hotel was extremely clean. Staff where very friendly and remembered us from our last visit. Food was lovely. I have already booked to go back in January xx

hotel facilities were good the only problem we had was a problem with the keycard that didnt open the door so we had to tell someone to open the door every time we wanted to go to our room

Die Unterkunft an sich war okay, aber leider kann man das Essen dort nicht essen. Sowohl Frühstück als auch Abendessen war eine Katastrophe. Am besten keine Halbpension buchen, das Geld ist es nicht wert.

Κάλο ξενοδοχείο σε κεντρικό σημείο της περιοχής με φιλικό και εξυπηρετικο προσωπικό. Στα αρνητικά το πολυ θορυβώδες κλιματιστικό στο δωμάτιο.

Sehr schöne Lage, schöne Zimmer mit guter Ausstattung. Weniger toll war das Personal an der Rezeption, total unfreundlich. Im Service ist das Personal hingegen sehr bemüht. Essen geht man leider auch lieber außerhalb. Die Anlage ist zwar sehr schön, reißt es aber auch nicht raus. Ich würde das Hotel nicht empfehlen.

We’ve booked Anmaria Hotel, however they have checked us into Freij Hotel, which was a cheaper option and did not offer us a refund for the difference in price! No one helped us with the suitcases such a long walk!

Great hotel just a few minutes away from the action of Ayia Napa. Very clean room with huge bed. Great choice of breakfast 👍

Номер чистий та з екстра великим та дуже зручним ліжком. Чудовий вид з вікна. Є в номері сейф. Проавда за нього потрібно додатково платити. Холодильник без мінібару. WiFi теж за додаткову оплату що становить 5 Evro/доба для 2-ох пристроїв. Хороший сніданок із видом на море. Загалом нам сподобалось.

Jeg synes at opholdet okay og så oplevet jeg noget ubehageligt at en af personalet ude ved swimmingpoolen ikk troede på jeg kom fra hotellet og ville smide mig væk. Plus morgenmaden var ikk god.. i det mindste server frisk frugt i stedet for dåse..

The hotel was lovely and clean. It was also nice and quiet considering its proximity to Napa. The welcome at the reception was not great. The receptionists initial reaction to me wanting to check in at 2pm (on time) was not friendly. The pool area was very clean and plenty of sun beds. However, it would have been nice to have been able to relax at the pool without a member of staff (same member of staff), on numerous occasions asking to see my room key and number of room.

Above average
Room was good, however, it was a specific - low frequency - noise during the daytime coming form outside wall!!! I guess it was because entire ventilation pipe was constructed on the wall going from ground floor up to the roof. Wi-fi was not free, therefore I used a mobile internet. Bed was fantastic - king size, extremely comfortable mattresses, and nice bedlinen: we slept like babies. Both dinner and breakfast were good. What was a bit strange that deposits were required for extra equipment: adapters, key for mini-fridge, safe, etc. Recommended for couple stay.

Hotellet var väldig sunkig. Jag reser mycket och har aldrig varit med om ett så dåligt hotell. Till och med hotell i Moldavien, Europas fattigaste land, hade bättre standard. Utifrån bilderna på hotellet och informationen så såg hotellet bra ut och jag bokade. Men rummen och hotellet såg långt ifrån ut som på bilderna. Dåliga platta kuddar. Dom städar inte golv och skrivbord. Rummen och tapeterna och färgerna såg sunkiga ut och rivfärdiga. Personalen var otrevliga. Frukosten ska man inte ens prata om. Ofräscht och inte mycket att välja mellan. Är ni också som jag, som inte gillar att gästerna tar i all mat med händerna för att "känna" och lämna tillbaka, hostar över maten, så välj annat hotell. Gröt såg ut som mjölk med lite klumpar i. Äggen var inte färdigstekta. Ja, ni fattar nog. Rekommenderas inte alls till någon. Speciellt inte till barnfamiljer.

Świetny hotel z dobrym zapleczem
Spedziliśmy 6nocy w hotelu sieci Tsokkos. Bardzo miła obsługa, zarówno w restauracji jak i recepcji. Bliskośc sklepów, plaży i centrum to dodatkowa zaleta. specyficzny klimat Aiya Napa jest idealny dla ludzi stroniących od dużych miast. Trochę przeszkadza zachowanie osób zza wschodniej granicy. Nie jest to absolutnie winą hotelu.
