The location was great and walkable to the beach and shopping/dinning. The apartment was overall clean but looked old and had a smell. The kitchen has everything needed for cooking but the pots were in poor condition. After we have arrived and during the check-in, we have learned that all parking spots are reserved. This was not communicated to us. The person at the reception was rude, non-apologetic, and said that we signed the registration card which contained that information regarding potential unavailability of the parking. He also said that if we choose to cancel the reservation, there will be no refund.

Our stay got off to a wonderful start at check-in, thanks to Joy, who was incredibly helpful in finding us a room close to my sister’s. That thoughtful gesture made our stay much more enjoyable. While the hotel is an older property, our room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The bed and pillows were especially cozy, ensuring a great night’s sleep. The onsite dining options are limited, but the hotel’s central location more than makes up for it, with excellent restaurants just a short walk away. Overall, this is a great value-for-money place to stay.

Location! Location! Location! Perfect. The lobby was nice. Check-in/ check-out was smooth. I will say that the room needed a LOT of TLC and the towels gave sandpaper serious competition. I was on the 2nd floor so the elevator wasn't an issue for us oer se ... HOWEVER it was super slow; definitely something to consider if you stay there on a higher floor. The fact that they only perform room service every 3 days could be an issue for some.
