The room was snug as the hotel name suggests but very cosy, spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for an overnight business stay. The reception staff were amazing, very friendly and knowledgeable about the local area with what to see and do, the price was also right and we will stay again as we felt it was in the heart of the action in Galway city, excellent!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and truly enjoyed my experience from start to finish. The location was perfect—convenient, easy to access, and close to everything I needed. From the moment I arrived, the staff were friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful, which made me feel comfortable right away.
The room was clean, quiet, and very comfortable. I appreciated the attention to detail, from the cozy bed to the thoughtful amenities. It was clear that the hotel takes pride in creating a relaxing and pleasant atmosphere for guests.
I also enjoyed the overall ambiance of the property. It felt safe, well-maintained, and inviting, which made my trip even more enjoyable. Whether for business or leisure, this hotel offers great value and a very positive experience.
