When you aren't enjoying all of the fun things to do at the condo, you are just a short drive from many delicious restaurants, shopping, and attractions! During any high peak time, renters have to park in the lower lots and be shuttled up to the top. Guests are allowed to load and unload at the building before parking in the lower lots if they prefer, especially during high peak times and holidays. Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s, Fourth of July, Highland Games, Willy worm festival, Land of Oz. Parking up top is for owners or with approval from Sugar Top Resort. Sugar Top Resort makes these decisions based on the occupancy.

Beautiful views

Great sunsets. Nice pool, sauna, hot tub. Parking is easy - shuttles run continuously when lower lots are needed, or you can do a short walk. Can easily walk to top of sugar mtn resort which is much faster than taking the free bus. .

Great View from the 9th Floor!

Beautiful views and great amenities. We had fun at the pool and hot tub. All the permanent residents are so friendly as was the staff. The shuttle is a bit of a pain but the friendly fast service makes it almost enjoyable.

What a perfect spot, comfy beds, well stocked kitchen, everything we needed for 5 days with our good family friends. Awesome amenities (kids loved the pool on site, adults loved the jacuzzi / saunas), easy access to everything fun to do in the area. Will be back!

Great location and views

We had a great stay at this facility. This place had amenities for 4 people. We had read that and brought extra towels which helped. We had amazing views from the balcony. The family enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The room had games that the kids enjoyed playing. This was a great central location to many hiking trails that we enjoyed during our stay.

fantastic condo

We had a wonderful stay. The condo was clean and very well stocked. We had everything we needed for cooking-pots, pans, utensils, spices, etc. The furnishings were very nice as well and were as pictured. We would definitely stay here again! Building maintenance was being done on the outside of the building during our stay, which started early and was loud, but that was not a reflection on the condo unit itself and is only an issue if you are staying over the next few weeks.

Nice condo, clean, great views

We had a great time at the property! Sunsets are gorgeous from the balcony, furniture is nice and they had everything we needed there for a short ski weekend. Shuttle situation is less than ideal when it's snowing but we were prepared for it from all the reviews. All the drivers were very nice and frequency of the shuttles wasn't terrible. Thanks!!

A Cozy Stay

It was a beautiful and clean condo. The view from the balcony was beautiful . We enjoyed having the fireplace! Kitchen minimally stocked but worked for our short stay. Could have had extra towels , if needed. I thought having to be shuttled up from a parking lot would be a negative but it went very smoothly. Never waited over just a few minutes for it to arrive and everyone was very friendly. Would definitely stay again!

Mid week stay

Shuttle service to get to resort was inconvenient and unexpected. Room was pretty much as shown on photos, great view of mountain. It was lacking in some kitchen amenities such as paper towels and pepper. Some areas looked not as clean as we are used to in similar properties. Slider was a bit treacherous, both my husband and child tripped on the way out due to it being a high double slider track and then a step down once you cleared the track. Overall opinion is it was ok.

Cozy and convenient!

We loved our stay at this condo. The unit is nicely decorated and gives you that cozy cabin feel. Very clean, nice linens other than towels which my husband called “scratchy.” All loved the pool and hot tub conveniently downstairs. Kitchen was well stocked, could use pans and cooking sheets that can go in oven. Unfortunately the fireplace didn’t work which was important to us. The management responded with suggestions on how to fix but even my Eagle Scout relative could not fix. Better toilet paper would be appreciated. Overall, highly recommend!
