For the price it is ok. Don't expect more then what you are paying for. The staff is friendly. The free breakfast wasn't terrible. The rooms are in desperate need of updating. The surrounding area is very nice. A safe place to stay. If you want a place to stay that is perfect you will pay more for it.

Comfortable bed , very clean restroom and spacious room .wish there was a complimentary breakfast or coffee in the lobby for guests but overall a great experience would come back again

Great breakfast choices and well presented. The coffee could be better. The wifi would not connect in our room (227), but did connect in the lobby.

Loved everything about the Hackett! Stayed in the Riley Suite and it was gorgeous! Had everything my sister and i needed for a perfect getaway and great location. Ate at the Galley twice and awesome food and service.

We loved the hotel. This was our second stay. I was a bit disappointed that they put a disabled person in a wheelchair in a tiny room with a tiny bath. Despite the fact that I reached out to them on that subject. We tried The Gun Room for breakfast and that was the worst breakfast I'd ever had. I ordered poached eggs because they had them on one of the brunch items, bacon, home fries and wheat toast. The toast never came, despite mentioning it a couple of times. The home fries tasted and looked like they had put them on a sheet pan in the oven. They were very dry and not good. Now, the eggs? HORRIBLE. When I hear of poached eggs, I think of runny eggs, so I didn't specify. They came out soft boiled. I sent them back and told them runny and the second time, they came out hard boiled. Didn't eat the eggs at all. The bacon wasn't even done and was all folded and mangled. Hubby's omelet was over done. Check it out in the photo. The manager did make it right, but I will never eat in their restaurants again.
