We had a delightful, pet friendly experience. The hosts went out of their way to make certain you had a comfortable stay.

Love the large bath towel, body wash and shampoo! Decor is fabulous.

Spacious, clean room. Fast elevators. Nice indoor parking area. Breakfast was not great but was adequate.

Friendly staff, interesting historical building. Excellent location. For the room price, maintenance, upkeep and cleaning requires improvement. Wait staff need training on cleanliness, don’t put your hands in the glasses to clear tables. Serving drinks holding the rim of glasses, hooking finger over the lip of the water jug. The neglect is obvious everywhere you look, except the renovated front lounge. They’re charging top-tier prices for a bottom-tier experience. If you’re going to charge the high rates, you have to at least pretend to care about the property.

Jarred checked us in two weeks prior to our trip and checked us in again upon our return mid-way home stay. He was wonderful both times, helping us lock up our bikes in the lobby. Dustin was helpful at check out. I would suggest tongs for breakfast; people can be gross and handle bread, English muffins, etc... Kids are not always the worst offenders.
