I stayed there for 6 nights to attend a conference at CNCC. Upon check-in, I was told that the hotel could not find my booking which I had fully paid for online. I showed the staff my printed booking confirmation, but he just told me to call the hotels.com hotline myself as if their hotel has nothing to do with it. Fortunately a hotels.com hotline staff, Ms Carrie, picked up my call promptly and helped resolve the issue, which is a miscommunication between hotels.com and the hotel, within 10 minutes.
The hotel location was just ok if you are attending an event at the convention centres nearby. It is next to the bird's nest, and is 10-15 minutes walk to everything else. During my stay, there were construction works in the main entrance area which makes the hotel looks so worn. The room was ok. I do like the bed though as it is a king size comfortable bed. I could see quite a lot of dust near the wardrobe area and one night there was a little bug on the floor. Housekeeping was ok otherwise, except for one day when a used coffee stirrer was not washed and was left in the mini bar table.
I will likely not stay there again in the future.
