“Property was alright. We did run into multiple issues during our 3 night stay. 1. Stained sheets on the bed. Gross. 2. Wifi wouldn't connect in the room. Had to go to lobby to use it and even then it was glitchy. I complained MULTIPLE times and none of the staff followed up with me. Poor customer service. 3. Our A/C - heater unit stopped working so we had to move rooms at 11am at night. Frustrating!! I want to shout out Alex, the maintenance man. He was very helpful, apologetic and validated……

“We really enjoyed the history of the property, the view of the sunrise from out room and the bar/breakfast on the premises. It is also walking distance to downtown where there are lots of shops and great restaurants. Be aware there are no TVs in the rooms. There are quite common areas equip with vintage furniture and games. It has inspired us to seek out and stay in historic hotels.”
