While we found the staff to be friendly and helpful, the problem with the hotel is the location. It is right next to the bus station, and on a busy street (S. Delaware) that has LOUD cars and motorcycles racing by at all hours of the night. In addition, there is a lot of homeless people around the building. There is an abandoned building across the street on E. Washington and a number of homeless hang out there. We also saw a guy on drugs bent over and just standing there in a daze. I realize that the hotel can't do much about it, but I wouldn't stay there again. Rooms were also very cramped.

TV didn't have picture, AC rattled all night, mattress decent, sheets pilled and kinda rough. Breakfast was good.

I was only there for 8 hours before our next softball game. The floors were dirty. The counter we put stuff on was dirty. Maybe wax on it couldn’t tell. Red roof is our affordable and clean Hotel for travel but this wasn’t it. We also had to pay an additional $50 and I haven’t seen if they put it back into our account t yet. They must have bad customers but I. Won’t be another

Walls are paper thin, so it was very noisy. A coffee pot and coffee were included, but no cups. Also no cups in the bathroom. Wastebasket under the desk still had trash in it when we first entered the room. We were told one price for parking, but then a higher price was charged to our card. The breakfast was okay, but not exceptional.
