"Cabin was as described, comfortably sleeps eight but one bathroom could be a problem for a big group. Very well stocked, and the kitchen was supplied. Our television in the living room did not work, but we weren’t there the TV anyway. We did not use the Jacuzzi. It seemed there were a lot of kids in it. "

"Tired but once was a nice property. Dirty spatters on walls, tables, floor, and elevator. Comfy and clean bed, good pillows. Tv stations/cable was very pixelated and unusable, and carpet in room had rips and a center-of-floor patch. Manager very pleasant but it seems the hotel may be understaffed. Breakfast tasty and good, and the food area was clean. "

"Our experience at the Greystone Inn in Bridgeport, Texas. could not have been much worse. We checked in on the evening of March 21, 2026 and were asleep when my wife was awakened about 5:30 am on March 22, 2026 . We turned on a light and she had bed bugs on her as well as numerous bed bug bites. We stayed in the room until check out time when I went to the office to discuss the matter. Before going to the office, two employees acknowledged that the vermin were bed bugs. At the office, I was told in no uncertain terms that since we had booked the room through a third party (Expedia) we would have to approach Expedia for any adjustment or recourse. The person I talked with gave me a first name but refused to give me a last name. "
