Very friendly staff. Pink armchairs at reception could do with a clean. Other than that room aw clean a bit small we had the Classic. We were offered bath or shower. We opted for shower maybe it was a mistake as it was quite small. Lovely breakfast. And swimming pool was a nice addition to our stay. Would go back or recommend.

Picked this hotel purely for its location directly opposite the Eurostar terminal, but now will always stay here when visiting Brussels.
