The hotel and staff are amazing, but the music from the club next to us didn’t let us sleep all night. Only part I wouldn’t recommend about this hotel is the neighboring business.

The hotel location is excellent, the breakfast is also very good, the only complaint we had is the small bathroom sink, no place to put personal toilet items. Rooms are little old.

Although I had booked a balcony room with 3 beds at arrival I was told I did not have a balcony, I was also made to pay for 2 addition guests (we were 3 in total) after reviewing my booking it was only noted for 1 guest so I had to pay for 2 additional guests at $500.00 pesos per day per person, if those additional guests would have been included in the reservation the price wouldn’t have not changed because I booked a 3 bed room but again I had to pay $1000.00 pesos per day extra. The room smelled like sewage every time you used the sink in the restroom.
The cleaning staff was really nice and our rooms were made perfectly. The location is perfect because it’s right in the middle of it all.
