"Well aged classic motel nestled in a neighborhood. It’s basic but served well for a one night stay. Wouldn’t mind some updated materials and better cleaned amenities for the price. Probably a good place to base out of if your days are mostly adventuring outside during your stay. Location was key for my stay. Really odd way of checking-in seems to leave guest and motel open to liability. Would have no problem staying here again."

One of a kind Treehouse on the Genesee River

"The property and description was exactly as pictures showed and described. Between the outside grill, Coffee maker and camping oven, kitchen wares were plenty to provide meals. Burner on stove top did need to be ignited with a lighter but no problem. Propane heat was plenty sufficient and watm just turn off before you go to bed if sleeping upstairs as the loft gets toasty!!!Beautiful property to view, walk and kayak the river. Only thing i suggest is a fire extinguisher as i did not see one. Outside shower was sufficient and enjoyable. Harringtons grocery and liquor is close by as well as plenty of places to hike and see. Highly recommend and would enjoy visiting again. Thank you for allowing us to stay at this beautiful treehouse!"
