“The apartment was clean and spacious. Good location. He cleaned the towels and sheets weekly. Quick responses to emailed questions. Just a wonderful experience altogether.”

“It said entire house, but it’s not. It’s the upstairs of a home. You can hear and smell everything from the main floor of the house. Mattress is terrible. Shower is terrible. Electrical is extension connected to extension, very dangerous. Outside is just as bad. You have to drive through a narrow alleyway riddled with potholes and debris. It’s a tight turn into the driveway. Narrow walkway to the entrance with a dangerously narrow stoop. Almost broke my ankle trying to maneuver into the house.……

“Yes, Jennifer was great to work with. She answered all my questions I had about the house. The only thing that didn’t work out for us was the downstairs room for my mother. Since she is on dialysis she needed to be close up a bathroom and the bathroom downstairs was too far from the room for her to use. Also, the shower upstairs didn’t really have enough hot water for us to shower before it would turn “Luke warm” or even cool. Other than that, this is a beautiful house and located close enough……

“Matthew’s home was beautifully decorated for the holidays and very clean. The furniture, appliances, and fixtures are sturdy, in great condition, and of good quality — much better than in other properties we’ve rented! Check-in was a breeze and Matthew communicated with us very well. The play room upstairs was great for my nieces and nephews when they came to visit us one day. The location was convenient for my family to come see us and was close to restaurants, a great grocery store, and gas……
