“You really don’t see this level of service any more. Isabella and Marco are incredible hosts and their attention to detail and hospitality are like something from a bygone era. Beautiful, comfortable rooms with cold AC and the best breakfast we had in Italy. Has to be the best place to stay in all of Rocca San Giovanni.”

Be sure to check your Expedia account or contact the host in advance of your stay, as the facility is not staffed continuously and you will want to give them notice of your arrival time. The rooms are charming and comfortable, and everything was spotlessly clean and well-equipped. The hotel is perfectly situated for exploring the town of Agnone and the entire region.”

“There was a loud construction noise coming from another room in the villa when we checked in at 7pm. The host messaged me saying that the noise would stop soon. It stopped for a few minutes but then started again and continued until about 9 pm. It then started again early on the following morning and continued until our check-out at 11 pm. ”

“The owner was really helpful and kind, and the B&B has a beautiful concept behind it. The simple Italian breakfast was also great. Unfortunately, the main issue was the cleanliness standard of the room. I woke up with many small red, itchy spots on my body that I did not have before my stay. I only fully realised the extent of it the following morning, and I am concerned they may have been caused by bed bugs. I cannot confirm this for certain, but I strongly recommend that the owner thoroughly……
