“Excelente lugar para disfrutar de la naturaleza. Sus propietarios son muy amables, en especial Tim, quien nos recibió personalmente junto a su perro Coco. Las habitaciones son cabañas acogedoras, con vistas increíbles a las montañas y al volcán Turrialba desde algunos puntos.

“Don't try to find the office after dark! I knocked on an apartment door on the other side of the parking lot because it was the only light on! A kind gentleman took me to the front desk! No lights or information to be found when we drove in! Our room was clean although a bit cramped. It was extremely quiet. The breakfast was excellent. There was no soap or hand towels. The shower door didn't close and the sink faucet rotated from side to side! The sign over the sink said not to drink the……

“Unfortunately I was unable to enjoy a stay at the Casa Grande. There is no road to the place, i.e. they have to pick you up by boat. I sent an e-mail, left two WhatsApp messages and tried calling 4 times, all to no avail. Even 2 days later I have not heard from them. I ended up in Parismina without any recourse to get to the place, and so I had to find a different accommodation there. Very unfortunate. If you can book this place in the morning for the evening, the resort must respond, otherwise……
