The ice machine on my floor was not working. The spa pool was out of order. The main pool was freezing - I basically couldn’t use the one amenity I wanted. The breakfast was okay, not terrible, just a notch above school breakfast. The mattress was much too firm. We paid nearly $400, arrived on Friday after noon and checked out Sunday morning. I think considering what we paid, we did not get what we paid for. I’m disabled and walk with a cane. Having to needlessly travel to the main floor for ice was a hassle. And I needed to use the pool / spa to relax the pressure on my back. I could have stayed at a motel and had the same level of service (likely better). I wouldn’t stay here again or recommend it. On the good side, the staff was very friendly.

We usually love splash magic. However this visit was not as great as other visits. First thing was they still have bingo listed as an activity. But they don’t do it anymore. Secondly the water slides were down a lot. Thirdly the adult hot tub is no longer in use. Fourthly every time my grandkids went to play mini golf (4 different times) there was no one there working. The snack bar by the pool was closed for hours yesterday to clean the fryer. I thought that should be done when it’s not open but whatever. And lastly the pool has kind of turned into a free for all. Kids running n jumping constantly. a couple kids climbing up the water slides they were closed. I just thought it was a tad unsafe.
