To add what I didn't like there was No one there to greet us at a front desk We were charged to much because there was No hot breakfast available included in the price I took out motel/ hotel cancelation protection, when I tried to cancel I was told I would NOT receive a refund I could of booked right in wellsboro for a cheaper night rate and had more extra amenities that were offered There should be some kind of a refund offered

This was our second time there, such a wonderful out of the way motel. It’s going to be our go to place to stay when in the area. Nice little pond, and a grill area. It’s very quiet and relaxing, and the very inexpensive breakfast was delicious! My only complaint is I hope they clean up the paddle boats, so we can enjoy them. Other than that, we love this place! Highly recommended!!
