“The room was beautifully decorated and breakfast was delicious. House was very friendly and helpful.”

“Carpets and bath tubs were stained. Pool had green algae and bubbles coming out of the water. Doors were warped and had to be slammed to securely close. Elevator floors were dirty and sticky. ”

“Yes parking available and we'll lit. Staff friendly. After booking on expedia website staff called within minutes to let me know room i booked was unavailable and they have me an upgraded room”

“the cabin was full of bugs and i told her i was trailering a boat and asked if that would be a problem, she assured me it wouldn't, it turned out to be a problem evetime i tried to go there there was nowhere to park or turn boat around, i had to wake up strangers in the middle of the night to move their vehicle so i could get boat in, then she allowed a big RV to park in driveway parking spots and it took up the whole area, it didn't park to one side it parked right in the middle blocking……

“The staff was awesome. Very friendly. Rooms all smell like mildew. The tile was falling off. Can see where mold is growing behind shower walls. Looks like they tried to reduce electric bill by shutting off air conditioning and in Florida, mold and mildew took over. We have stayed here multiple times and the property Has gone down hill this last year. ”
