Hi Nana I am not sure why you gave left a 2 out of 10 review when you didn't stay at our property because you didn't realise check in closed at 9pm and you were still in London at 8.30pm when we called you. We still agreed to authorise a refund once you contact Expedia but we have not received a request from them yet but we have now received a negative review despite offering you a full refund.

We did offer you a full refund if you wanted to cancel your stay on arrival because you were not happy with the room. You didn't want to cancel the booking and we have not had any negative feedback before or after for that room. We have a new cleaner who has many years experience but was on her 2nd day and forgot to change the cups over which we offered you fresh cups but you said you would not be using the kettle. Apart from a refund there was not much more we could offer to try to resolve this.

Hi Peter Thanks for your review Our twin room does have 2 single beds in with space as you walk and in between the beds as per our pictures . We do have double rooms available too which have slightly more room and we have triple and quad rooms Glad to hear you were happy with the showers. We have the same cleaner who did all the rooms on Saturday but will certainly provide your feedback. Sorry to hear you wouldn't stay with us again

Hi Andrew We had a call from Hotels.com saying you were stuck inside and there was a fire so you wanted a refund, this has been declined as there was not a fire and you were assisted as soon as you called. Someone was on site but you managed to get out immediately. Yes the fire doors are activated by a button and someone reviewed the door and there was a large stone on the outside stopping the door opening which is out of our control but we have multiple exits. You couldn't arrive on Friday and although we could not refund your cost we did offer you two nights stay which you declined. Thanks for your comments.

Thank you for your comments. We do advise all guests on arrival when there is an event on at the local nightclub in order to assign rooms accordingly. Apologies for the guest that couldn't locate remember room, we were unaware of this until the morning. If you do have any issues there is a phone in each room which you can phone to reception and our night staff can support with any issues, this information is also listed on a sign in each room.
