"I booked a room at the Ibis Hotel in Barretos, just for this night, to stay with my father, and I found the staff extremely unprofessional. I was very disappointed by how slow and careless everything felt. When I entered the room, the air conditioner was extremely dirty — very dirty — and my father has respiratory problems.
