“I felt very lucky to find this affordable room for my work/play trip to NYC. It is located super conveniently to three different train lines and a whole host of bars, bodegas, and restaurants which for a 9-day stay, was a great perk. I also appreciated having access to a full kitchen with supplies to save a little from eating out constantly. Bed was comfortable and the place was pretty quiet, despite having a lot of guest rooms and folks coming and going. Some pitfalls: My room smelled of……

“Unsere Urlaubswoche war sehr schön. Großer Tisch zum Frühstücken mit großer Küche. Ausreichend Schlafzimmer und Bäder. Jeden Morgen sind wir mit dem Bus (200m bis zur Haltestelle) nach Manhatten Port Authoritiy ca.40 min. 3,5$ gefahren. Das liegt unter dem Times Square. Abends zurück. Der Bus fährt alle 20 min. oder sehr oft. Ca. 13 min. Fußweg durch den Park ist ein kleiner Supermarkt. Es gibt alles was man braucht. Ich habe jeden Morgen Brötchen geholt . (Was die Amerikaner so unter Brötchen……

“Appart spacieux que nous louions dans la maison. C'est une maison partagée avec plusieurs colocataires. La situation de l'appart est éloigné de New-York nécessité de prendre un bus pour se déplacer et rejoindre NY par contre proximité des ferries . Bergen est très calme c'est un peu la campagne c'est le New Jersey. Valentine est très disponible et prêt à rendre service.”

“The property was/ is as described; well equipped , only thing missing is a toaster. Neighbors are all polite. Close proximity to Jersey City activities as well as the PATH to get you into Manhattan. The pulse of the neighborhood is vibrant. We got our full NJ/NY experience that I was hoping for.”
