When I checked out I forgot my wallet in my room. The proprietor literally ran up the hill to return it to me. I highly recommend this place.”

We really felt like home as the owner family is treating us. The gentlemen had been giving advises for Ski slopes like we are his family. His wife is greeting me and wife every time we see her like family. The night manager gentleman had been waiting for us to return to hotel late at night and closing the doors after us like we are his family.……

“The hotel, whilst it looks fine from the entrance, is tired and in need of significant investment. The location is fantastic. Best part. We had a superior room with a fabulous direct view of Monte Bianco. Bathroom is old, dirty pointing around the bath, fittings at least 20 years old, broken dirty fan, etc. And they don’t make the beds properly-no duvet cover-just a duvet sandwiched between two sheets which turns into a twisted mess by morning. Breakfast was ordinary-lots of pastries, limited……
