I chose this property due to the distance between the airport and the place where I was having a conference at. It's impeccably clean, check-in was smooth and breakfast was decent. I found the decorations very old, the tile grouts were very blackened, and the shower head was very rusty. The towels were also stained. HARRIS can easily achieve a 5* if they are able to revamp and renew the decor of the rooms. Right now, i would say it's more of a decent 3* hotel for the price paid for. Other than that, the beds and linen were very clean, aircon and the room generally was clean. Thank you HARRIS.

The hotel is good, the staff were very pleasant, the room was well equipped and very clean. For a business trip it is probably ideal. For my application as a solo tourist, and this is no fault of the hotel, the location wasn't great. It is safe enough, and well serviced with a 24 hr shop nearby as well as a few local warungs to get some street food. What I didn't realize is that there is no public transport and it is a bit out of the way to access either Kuta or Ubud. Certainly that isn't the fault of the hotel but something to be aware of if you had been looking at a map and thinking it was a good base and central to everything. It is accessible to taxis and private drivers which are not hugely expensive in this part of the world but you can't just jump on a bus and go somewhere. Other than that, I would definitely recommend this place.
