So convenient for the metro and short walk to Souq Waqif. Room was lovely and provided with plenty bottled water every day. The heated pool on the roof was lovely but not enough room for enough sunbeds. All staff were friendly.

The hotel has a great location. Easy to access by metro and there are plenty of good restaurants in a walking distance. Staff was also very friendly and polite. Breakfast food varieties would have been better.

Beautiful hotel, clean, modern and well designed Mary Ann on reception assisted us with a speedy check in and was extremely friendly & helpful. She enabled us to have an early check in & stored our luggage for us after checkout. We were also able to use the hotel cafe lounge & pool after checkout time, which was useful for our midnight flight! Great rooftop pool & gym facilities. All staff were friendly & courteous. We did not try the restaurant as we were only there for 1 night & were meeting friends for meals out. The location was ideal for us as we wanted to be close to the souq Waqif & transport links are great There is a great deal of construction taking place around the hotel but noise is kept to a minimum & did not affect me at all. Doha is a great place for a few day’s stay

All visitors need to register at the reception, even if accompanying the main guest. I was told that I am only allowed 2 visitors at a time by the staff who had checked me in. I was visiting Doha to meet previous friends & had to arrange for another meeting place at the last minute because of this. The stay was very unconvenient for me.

Poorly trained staff, short of Amari quality
The hotel room was ok, but the front desk staff were so poorly trained that it made my stay quite negative. At check in I was met with what was sure to become an insurmountable problem - the computer said I was checking in on the 12th. I insisted I was checking in on the 11th and we came to a complete standoff. Another person, perhaps a manger, had to come over and show the check in person that the check in date was the 11th and the checkout date was the 12th. I received no apology, but was finally allowed to check in. Similarly, at checkout at 530 the next morning, I was told I had to give my coupon. I explained I had no coupon, I had paid online with hotels.com. Still, they wanted a printout of the reservation. I explained that I didn’t have one and have never had to give one in my over 100 stays in hotels.com. The clerk then told me it was ok if I did not want to give. I am not sure why we had to make such a big deal out of this at 530 in the morning before a flight if it was hot necessaery. Just a lot of extra headache. Also should note that while there are two bars, you are not able to get a drink at either. While I have been very impressed with the Amari chain while staying in Thailand, the poor experiences I had with them in Doha and Dhaka have made it clear for me that they do not have set quality standards for all of their hotels

dejligt hotel men med larm fra byggeplads
dejligt hotel men larmen var enorm og det var fra tidlig morgen til sent. Venligt og hjælpsom personale og dejligt store værelser. Rengøringen kunne være lidt bedre (især på badeværelset) og at skulle rykke tre gange for at få håndklæder så der var et sæt til hver på værelset burde nok ikke være nødvendigt.

Nettes Hotel,wenn die Baustellen fertig sind...
Wegen der großen Baustellen rings ums Hotel ist der Aufenthalt im Moment nicht empfehlenswert. Das Personal ist aber sehr nett und bemüht sich,die Gäste zufrieden zu stellen.

Hyggelig betjening, sentralt beliggende hotell
Ankom flyplassen tidlig på morgenen, de ordnet transport til hotellet for meg og ankom da hotellet kl 9. - De var da veldig behjelpelige og ga meg et rom lenge før tiden, samt fin frokost. Veldig bra service! - Det bygges mye i området nå, men merket lite til det på rommet. - Bra stort rom med badekar. - kort avstand til endel severdigheter, brukte Uber til steder lengre unna. - Alt i alt meget fornøyd.

Gutes Stadthotel wenn die Baustellen fertig sind
Wie schon in einigen Bewertungen erwähnt, befinden sich rings ums Hotel diverse große Baustellen. Aus diesem Grund ist es auch nachts sehr laut im Zimmer(5.OG). Das Frühstück ist ausgezeichnet. Die Angestellten sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit.
