"The check-in process was terrible. We never got any check-in information or any info about our keys. He then connected us to someone who gave us the code and we were finally able to get in. However, soon after settling in, we realised that the water supply was cut off. The host got in touch...

"The bed was very comfortable and the pillows were perfect. For us this means not too hard not too soft. The host was very friendly, helpful and provided fast Communications. The area was quiet, even though it is close to the airport we never would’ve known it. It’s also 25 minutes drive to Prague where we enjoyed the rich culture and history of the city. We visited the museum and spent several hours walking the lovely cobble streets. We ate at a local restaurant and had the local beer, it was...

"We really had a good time as a family. It is a self check in and we were provided with instructions. The property is clean and almost complete of your basic needs. It’s about 5-7 min walk to the nearest tram/metro to go around the city. The property is quiet and secured. There were few broken things that I reported right away. Top Dolni Berkovice Hotel Reviews

Hilton Prague Atrium

Hilton Prague Atrium

8/10 Good
"Lovely hotel for long weekend or mid week break. Mid week easier check in, weekends long lines with limited reception staff. Exec rooms and lounge excellent. Pity there is not an alacarte resturant on site, just noisy sport bar and basic bistro, should you not want to leave the hotel to eat! There was some type of security problem on the executive floor which needed 24 hour detectives on the floor and rooms security sealed for all four days we were here and were not informed of what was going on or had been going on. Even when we enquired for our own safety! Staff were obviously told not to inform other guests which did make our stay a little concerning. However, good breakfast clean rooms and somewhat helpful staff."
