“This was our first time staying at this hotel, but it certainly won't be our last. (family of three with a 17-month-old) We chose this hotel because of its convenient location on our way back to Germany. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent. When enter the room on 5th floor, the room type is not the one I book, the room wz Prague Castle view！And then go to the front counter to change the room on 9th flooor. When having a shower, find out the water drained from bathtub is coming out from shower room floor！Advise the front counter about this situation and be informed a technician will be sent up to look at it. But in the end, no one never comes to my room！"
