Amazing and kind staff that always go above and beyond. Rooms are cleaned very thoroughly, and present quite modern. Some of the amenity areas and the personal bathrooms are starting to get a little tired though, and need a bit more of a thorough clean. The included breakfast was quite low quality. Very cost effective. Would definitely stay here again and recommend.

The hotel was excellent, a large room with everything a family needs (including a washing machine). The staff was courteous and helpful, the breakfast was very good, the shuttles were excellent, punctual and very punctual. I will return to this hotel next time.

The staff are amazing, the cleaning ladies go the extra mile and so does everyone else who works in the hotel. This is what makes it exceptional. The hotel facilities are also excellent. A big thank you to the ladies on the front desk and all the serving staff who made our stay memorable.
