Over all its a good hotel. Lots of staff. Property is a bit dated, but clean and oveall well kept. Breakfasts were just amazing: excellent variety ans very good quality food!
They cleaned our room daily. A bed was comfortable.
Here what i didn’t like: few day before my arrival I spoke to Expedia representative and asked her to help me to ensure we have two beds in the room.
I actually tryed to communicate with the hotel myself for a couple of weeks beforehand, but never received any replies. The rep told me she spoke to them, and everything is confirmed. When we arrived and during the check in, i clarified once again, and was assured there are two beds in the room...and gues what...it was one kind bed and a tiny strange couch where only a small child may fit potentially.
This was ridiculous, as when i went and asked at the reception, the repl was: technically there are two beds in the room.
And they couldn't do anything to help.
Finally, beware that a pool and saunas are NOT included in your reservation ( despite Expedia advertising it as a hotel with a pool), and costs 20 Euros per 2 hours....absolutely ridiculous.
