Staff was kind. Room was clean although one of the beds was not usable. Matress was very uncomfortable and frame was rickety and felt like it was falling apart. I will also add that the toilet and sink were very low to the ground making it difficult to use.

Just a really cool place. Parking was just fine for our vehicle. I would know that if you had a larger vehicle or a pull behind trailer parking would not be easy. Perfectly decorated; love the fire pit. saw a lovely sunset from the little landing in front of our room

We were a little disappointed with the place considering it was so highly rated and the expectations were high. For starters, let's call this place what it is, it's a motel. Yes, it is most likely better than other motels, however, it is still a motel. As soon as we entered the room, the air freshener scent was pungent along with a moldy smell. It seemed like they were trying to cover the moldy smell with the air freshener and it made it worse. The room was very damp even though the AC was on. The room was clean. The sheets seemed clean and so did the carpet and bathroom so can't complain there. The shampoo/body wash/conditioner were filled with water so it was very hard to actually shower. The building was well kept and the staff was attentive. I will also add that the location was very convenient. There was a McDonald's and gas station nearby. Marquette was near as well. I don't know that I would return unless the options are very limited.
