“Wenn man das Hotel betritt, wird man vom Personal leider nicht mal begrüßt. Ich arbeite selbst im Service und das ist ein no go für mich. Die Auswahl des Frühstücks ist für meinen Geschmack nicht besonders gut. Kein aufgeschnittenes Obst, Joghurt und Quark ohne Beschriftung, defekte filterkaffee Maschine war letztes Jahr auch schon. Ganz viel Luft nach oben. Alles Kleinigkeiten, die man leicht erledigen kann ”

“Das Einchecken war problemlos und schnell, das Zimmer hat den Erwartungen entsprochen. Die Lage ist sehr gut von der U-Bahn Rödingsmarkt und Baumwall ist es, zu Fuß, in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen und auch zum Hafen und Miniaturwunderland ist es fußläufig nicht weit.”
