My primary brag about my stay at the Torre de Cali Plaza was the staff. I did not get the names of the receptionist ladies who work the day shift but they were kind and assisted me with a late checkout due to a scheduling change I encountered. But above all, my experience with the evening/night shift receptionists Fransisco and Eduard were what truly brought joy to my time there. My wife was not feeling well after we had some food that did not sit well with us and they went out of their way to help me find everything I needed to assist her and I had great conversation with them during my late night snack hunt after getting her settled. I hope those gentlemen are around for my next trip to Cali! They were exactly what I needed after a stressful evening; kind, helpful, and overall great.

The hotel is as pictured although some of its amenities require a bit more upkeep. For example, our bathroom door was quirky and didn't always close. The entryway to the pool was tight and right in front of the hotel bar, and the pool shower was across from the restaurant tables. The cleaning staff is amazing and truly kind, but sadly we were not as keen with the reception staff. It seemed like there was a lot of mis/or lack there of communication between the staff and the management and general procedures were not answered within a timely manner.
