“Great apartment and great communication for check in. Very clean with all the amenities needed for cooking or washing. Easily walkable from either Grant St or Swanmore train stations meaning very easy to get to either Perth Centre, Cottesloe or Fremantle by train. But there is also off street parking if you have a car. ”

“Absolutely lovers this place highly recommend has everything you need and more has heaps of area and really nice views. Everything was close by and David(the owner) was very helpful, welcoming and easy to communicate with. Me and the misses are very happy with our stay and will definitely be coming back.”

“A clean apartment with good facilities. The photos are a little misleading, the apartment looks very bright, however the only natural light is in the bedroom and the living area / kitchen is dark unless you have the lights on (even in the middle of the day). The location is central, however the downside is that it is very noisy throughout the night. You can also hear the lift every time it is used. Unfortunately whilst clean, the apartment smelt like it had not been aired well in a while,……
