"A very old and tired hotel. Room had not been aired for a long time so smelled damp and musty - I had to open the window as soon as I entered the room. Old furniture, old and dilapidated bathroom / shower. Span and gym not available. Swimming pool available but costs €18 for a swim! I dont expect to pay as a guest of the hotel. Breakfast OK - coffee cold."

A new wooden walkway is almost ready which will take us for a 10km walk along the river banks or you can adventure in one of the few paths along the mountain. Some river beaches can be found and used :-) There's nothing around: just the sound of the river and the sound of Nature! Portugal
