“Staff helped me after my passport and cell phone was stolen on the metro in Porto. Embassy closed today and Rayanaire would no let me on the plane so came back to Hostel and they printed out my bus ticket to Madrid. They even got me an Uber to go to the police station to report the theft. ”

“Unfortunately i did not have breakfast i left 7am in the morning where the breakfast start at 8am but overall was good except i saw my bed there’s hair on my bed which isn’t my colour hair and I’m afraid that the sheet haven’t change at all, but overall I’m pretty satisfied with it. ”

“Host is very nice. Property so close to metro very convenient. Room is clean and comfortable. Bed is medium firm which is perfect for me. Washroom always available to use. Kitchen has everything also. Only thing is please correct the info on expedia: there is no laundry, no breakfast, no luggage storage.”
