还算不错的旅店
旅店接待是一位老先生和一位女士，两位服务都很好，很热情。房间很大，比较干净，但是房间有种味道，有些老房子老宾馆就有这种味道，和有些白人身上的味道一样。以前住宾馆也有过这样的，没办法。只能开窗放放味儿。房间舒适度一般，早餐一般。旅店地点还算好，离火车站有段距离，一公里多，有行李的话还是坐公交好一点。但是附近饭店有很多选择，景点也很多都能步行到达。米开朗基罗广场就不远，看夕阳的好地方。就是人太多，想拍张好照片不容易。步行不远就能到达一个公交站点，那里坐bus可以到达佛罗伦萨的the mall。就是outlet。

We were located along the Lungarno and had lovely views from our window. Very safe and beautiful neighborhood. Very convenient location near city center. We walked to most of the sites or able to take a busy easily. The staff were so kind and hospitable. Breakfast fare excellent! For our first trip to Italy has left lasting impression because of the Sonetto.

Great place and location. The staff is very nice and respond quickly. Overall the room is amazing and zo is the view of the river. The only issue is that you can hear the person in the room next to you as if they are in the room with you. The walls are way too thin. Luckily everyone there was very quiet but it still felt a little weird at times hearing literally everything someone else was doing

A pretty guest house with lots of beautifying elements, but missing a few key items. No AC, so open the windows, but no screens, so the mosquitos bite. Very poor WiFi. Weak telephone signal. Our shower wouldn’t drain on first night, but we mentioned that and was improved next day, though still backed up a bit. Staff are young and friendly and try their best to be helpful. Clean and comfortable beds. Big TV with lots of Italian channels plus a few good U.S. streaming service for free. If WiFi was great and screens on windows, or working AC, would book again. Oh - and communication by telephone with hotel in advance of trip was impossible. Sondar needs to unify online telephone numbers and have a working front desk phone that dependably is answered or has an answering machine with English greeting. Very good in baggage storage and advice on finding local stores.

Not clean. There were flees in the room and bit me. Hotel staff refuse to admit it's hotel's problem and didn't refund my money. And wifi signal in ground floor room is terrible, I need to stand close to the door to get internet signals. Terrbile experience ever!!! 不要住这里，房间不干净，网络信号差，工作人员态度很差。

Needs updating and new bedding
Hotel well located, friendly staff. The room? Dated and a little dark... Bedding terrible, uncomfortable mattress, awful pillows. Tiny bathroom with shower that leaked all over floor. Carpet on floor of hotel room- didn’t seem quite clean... Walls super thin, we could hear someone snoring in the room next to us. Not a pleasant experience. I would book elsewhere next time

Really nice people. Hotel was very European.
Really nice people. Hotel was located on the edge of the older part of Florence, away from all the hustle and bustle of tourists. Perfect location.

Great location, shabby hotel
The hosts of the hotel were very helpful and lovely. The location was excellent and the breakfast spread was quite nice as well. Unfortunately the room itself was really outdated, uncomfortable and made me question the hotel's 3 stars to the point where we didn't want to go back to the room during the day. I would say it's a 2 star hotel although the hosts and location make it a nice stay.

Florence mother daughter vacation
Perfect small hotel. The staff was welcoming and friendly and very willing to offer assistance with sightseeing and restaurant suggestions. Room was clean,good sized and bathroom had been recently remodeled. Breakfast offerings were ample. I will stay there again on my next visit to Florence.

Ci siamo trovati benissimo al Privilege e lo consigliamo a tutti per: -la cortesia e disponibilità di chi gestisce l'hotel, -la posizione a due passi da Santa Croce, -il comfort e la grandezza delle camere, -i bagni rinnovati da poco, -buona colazione. Uniche pecche: -la moquette (ma è abbastanza tipica di tutte le strutture storiche italiane); -l'orario della colazione dalle 7:30 alle 9:30.

L'albergo è piccolo ma ha quel sapore di antico, ben tenuto. I proprietari sono amichevoli e subito mettono a proprio agio. La camera che ci è stata data gode di una bella vista sul lungarno ed era ben pulita, profumata, e ben climatizzata. La prima colazione varia e di qualità Le torte rustiche sono fatte dal proprietario con ingredienti del proprio giardino. Che dire di più : due notti di relax.
