“I will say its not very clean and the downstairs bed is terrible. The bedding was awful. There are really big cockroaches. We didnt see a washer and dryer anywhere and there arent instructions. All that being said I am still giving 5 stars because it was exactly what I expected for Louisiana. It suited our needs perfectly and we had a great little stay. The price was what made it seem like it was worth it. Would stay again if we had to. ”

“This room had mold and a cockroach. Had not been cleaned there was mold around the front entrance. I have 4 pictures showing the issue. We want a refund. ”

“Great spot! We had a great time and it was nice that we were able to bring our dog. It rained the whole time but the whole slip is covered so we were able to sit out on the back of the boat and enjoy the storm. Inside is really cozy as well. We’ll definitely be back!”

“Loved the spacious townhouse; especially the private back patio. The spiral staircase was a bit of surprise but manage to get my luggage up and down with a bit of maneuvering. Must have car to get around.”
