Our room was clean, bed comfortable. However, our floor had excessive pot smokers and the odor was overbearing. Management didn’t take care of the problem. Also, management put us in a room without cable. The tv worked but nothing to watch. Called the front desk…Ana (in training) stated she couldn’t and wouldn’t do anything like switching us to another room. She said we would have to deal with it. Made another call and asked again. This time Ana said we were rude, deal with it, and hung up on us. The next morning we asked again to be moved to another room. Once again, Ana refused to help us or offer us any alternative. Very disappointed in management. Why would you put guests in a room that they knew wasn’t what the customer was paying for??? The manager needs to spend some time with this employee to help her understand what customer service and politeness is…these things go a very long way.
