"-We were given a back side room and we needed to pay to upgrade to the front side. -The front side room was great but the back side room was not good at all. -Breakfast was great with a lot of option. -We took half board and the dinner was ok, it was not outstanding. -The property was amazing otherwise. Very quite and peaceful. -Great Views from the property. -We got a 10 mins massage complimentary which was great. -We also got a complimentary glassbottom boat tour and that was great too....

"Beautiful resort. Lots of meal options including a great selection of gluten free options. The only negative was that I found the women that worked at the bulk shop quite rude. My husband and I did all inclusive and would get takeaway drinks from there after dinner, the staff came across as rude and unpleasant. All the other staff was lovely.
