“We had a great stay house was really clean and comfortable but unfortunatly it is about 20 km from the train station as it says on website its 15 min walk so we had to get taxis in and out of town which was 30 euro each way Also they don't have credit card facilities so the money had to be revoluted or cash and we weren't informed of this untill day 2..”

“The property manager was so welcoming! Fresh flowers, local bread and a sweet treat awaited us. Even though we were delayed arriving at the appointed time, our hostess made sure the “hand over” was seemless and she answered all of our questions. She was accessible for questions during our stay and made several great suggestions of destinations in the area. I highly recommend the property. A+”

“Cabin is adorable and location is beautiful. However, the owner says the heat goes on in “am and pm” which is a stretch. The heat goes on for about an hour in the evening and in the morning. The cabin is the sane temperature as the outside. It was 9 degrees centigrade and the little coal stove could not warm the bedrooms, kitchen or bathroom. We had to check out early and find a hotel because our kids were freezing. I tried to contact the owner when we arrived but did not answer the phone. Just……

“The cottage was perfect for our family of 5 adults. Plenty of space, even an outdoor space to enjoy coffee in the morning. Clean and well stocked. The owner was helpful when we couldn’t figure out the oven! Would stay again!”

“Excellent location. Interesting walks from the door. Good views when the mist lifted. Comfortable sitting room. Well stocked with kitchen equipment. Communication when arriving was good. Gillian, who met me, was helpful, friendly and efficient and gave me some good advice about the area. Matresses were a bit basic. Some of the furniture was quite tired and a bit shabbby nb the bedside cabinet/tables. Downstairs bathroom was quite functional - rather barrack room tiles. Overall however a good……

“There was no hand/body soap, no toilet/paper towels, no dish detergent. Towels provided were very shabby with holes. The entire place was pretty shabby. The views however were spectacular. For the amount of money we spent staying here you would think at least soap would be provided. Would never recommend staying here.”
