“Potential visitors should be aware this is NOT a hotel. It's more like university dormitory accommodation (albeit with individual rooms). The location is inside an "integrated community": a complex of several residential tower blocks with communal supermarket, ATM, fast food restaurant, etc.
The complex is in an isolated location, quite far from shops, restaurants, banks, etc. This would not be a good choice for a regular tourist unless you had some particular reason to be in this area, as I……

“It was a pleasant experience to live in this hotel. In fact I left behind my pad charging cable in the room, after I contacted the staff they process right away and send me the cable to my next stay hotel in India, which is very thoughtful and efficient.
