The room we selected was advertised as a two-bedroom, two-bathroom accommodation; however, it only had one bathroom, which was disappointing and misleading. Housekeeping was another challenge—cleaning was consistently scheduled between 8:00 and 9:00 AM, which coincided with the time we were getting ready for the day. “The reception person did not speak English. He was very friendly though and with Spanish translator, it wasn’t a big problem. Place was quite old and a bit run down. It was relatively clean but lost stars because of its worn out rooms. Location was convenient but that also made it noisy on a Friday night.”

“I spent $400 usd for 2 nights thinking I would have all the amenities that was posted. Upon entering the "suite" i noticed the Air Conditioning did not work well in one of my rooms. The TV had a few basic channels, majority didn't work. The massage parlor did not exist. The wine and dine lounge did not work. The breakfast was cold. I'm never using this hotel again.
I left the hotel after one night. Very poor. I expected better especially when I paid so much money. Some kind of reimbursement……
