"We were only left with not even galf a roll of tp for 3 days,there was black mold in the bathroom,everything was soo dusty,there was a hole in the ceiling in the bedroom you could see the light from outside. There was only enough hot water for maybe a 3 minute shower. The couch was covered in animal bair and it smelled like animal pee."

The location proved to be very quiet, with no issues from neighbors or street noise. It had all the basics I needed for a comfortable visit to Arkansas.
