Unfortunately there was construction going on that we were not made aware of prior to booking. We arrived Friday night to drilling and pounding well past 8 pm. There was only one set of towels in our room and when we asked for more they didn’t have any clean towels available. I witnessed another woman asking for some at the front seat at another time and all they were able to give her was a hand towel when she needed to shower. I’m not sure what the employees did. Saturday night we walked in and the front desk worker was asleep in a chair in the lobby with their jacket over their head. The elevators were slow to the point where we thought we got stuck on the one that was “working”. Our bed sheets and pillow cases also had stains on them but there were none to replace them with. There was also no parking if you arrived later because charter buses were taking up 5 spaces each parked sideways in the parking lot along with construction trucks. And if you want anywhere to set your belongings get a suite because the basic rooms have no where to set anything. The hotel has potential but it is ran horribly. We couldn’t find another hotel with availability due to the fact that it was homecoming weekend at Arkansas State. I’d like a refund.
