I especially liked them providing me with a bottle to fill with water, freely available on each floor -this was wonderful. My only criticism, and I’m being pedantic, is that it’s not obvious where to pay for items in reception fridges, I queued at bar only to be told I had to wait behind 5 people at reception waiting to checkout (I was joined by 6 others waiting to pay for same items at bar) But that shouldn’t put you off this excellent hotel."
