Entrance from the back parking lot gives impression of the back of a factory. Not a location to take a walk. Breakfast is good, breakfast is great, but slow replenishment.

This hotel is very strange. Did it used to be an office building? It’s in an industrial area but there is a restaurant and gas station. The bed was comfortable, quiet and breakfast was great. I picked this hotel in particular because Expedia said laundry facilities were available. They were not :( Overall the hotel is good!

Easy if you are traveling with car, gas station next to hotel best prices. There is public transportation but on Saturday and Sunday no way. We just use parking in Basel. Hotel is good and also the breakfast.

I liked the train being only 5 minutes walk. Breakfast was quite good , but cooked selection was barely warm. Not really anything nearby to walk to/ sightsee. Light Industrial area. Chinese Restaurant next door was very convenient.

Good place to stay. Great breakfast. Easy to find and stay. Small, quiet and out of the way with easy parking. Air conditioning was welcome, rare in Germany. And with the summers getting hotter over the years I’ve visited, a welcome option when needed. We stayed 9 days with nothing but praise. The daily maids were prevalent and friendly.but we didn’t use them, opting for using a do not disturb sign that they honored. Will stay again the next time we need to visit.

Leider entsprach das zunächst zugewiesene Zimmer überhaupt nicht meinen Erwartungen. Der Boden und das Badezimmer waren deutlich verschmutzt. Die Dusche war stark verkalkt und ungepflegt, das Kissen hatte einen unangenehmen Geruch, und es waren schimmelverdächtige Stellen zu sehen. Zudem wirkten einige Kabel und Leitungen provisorisch verlegt beziehungsweise zusammengebunden. Nach meiner Reklamation durfte ich am Abend in ein anderes Zimmer umziehen. Dieses war sauberer und angenehmer, insgesamt aber ebenfalls nur bedingt zufriedenstellend. Für einen Preis von 115 Euro pro Nacht war der Zustand aus meiner Sicht nicht angemessen. Positiv war jedoch, dass auf meine Beschwerde reagiert und mir ein anderes Zimmer angeboten wurde.

Zimmer sind einwandfrei, alles bestens. Freundliches und aufmerksames Personal. Hervorragendes Frühstück, sehr reichhaltiges Angebot. Liegt in einem Industriegebiet, aber in Nähe eines kleinen Bahnhofs. Ideal für einen Trip nach Basel.
