The only thing is that they should tell you that the last check in message will arrive late as well, because I thought I would not get the message and therefore not be able to go into the area. "We stayed here as a stopover during a road trip. I called ahead to let the hotel know we would arrive very late because our luggage was delayed at the airport. Although this was noted, when we arrived at 4 AM we were told our room had been cancelled. After I explained the situation, the receptionist eventually gave us the room, but the interaction felt more like asking for a favor than checking into a confirmed booking. After delayed luggage, a 3.5-hour night drive, and no sleep, this was not a great welcome. Parking was limited, so I had to park quite far away. Getting to the room was also inconvenient, requiring an elevator down, a long walk, and then another elevator up. On the positive side, the room was clean, comfortable, and had a nice port view. The breakfast area was pleasant, and the breakfast was very good. We might stay again for a one-night road trip stop, but the arrival experience and room access could definitely be improved."

"The hotel has a well equipped gym and a sauna and an amazing breakfast, really very yummy. There were a lot of GF options but unfortunately they were stale as had been left out a bit too long - GF very quickly softens or becomes stale so it can be tricky, but I really did appreciate that there were options with a GF dedicated toaster. All staff were friendly and helpful. The room was a little bit small if you have a lot of luggage, but for us it was fine. Within easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. You can park outside the hotel but only for 3 hours. There is a much better car park just across the road and to the left. We would definitely stay here again."
