Breakfast isn't included in all stays, and is not prepared quickly. Parking is valet only, which requires a charge of $36/ day. This means you are paying for the privilege of waiting for your car as opposed to just walking to the car lot. The rooms were nice and decently clean. The staff were mostly friendly, but the night staff is noticeably more friendly than the day staff.

I had a wonderful stay at the Cottonwood Airport & Expo Hotel Louisville. The staff were incredibly kind, friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Truly exceptional service from start to finish. The hotel and rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, I enjoyed my stay and would return. I recommend it to others!

We had a great stay. No free breakfast, but restaurant on site to order. Walkable to the expo center.

The Covington as a whole is lovely. Next time we will try the primary hotel instead of North by Covington. While the accommodations were lovely and provided space beyond our needs, there was a lot of noise from other rooms (showers, walking, conversations, doors slamming). The balcony was nice to have with the spring weather. The car service was exceptional! Staff was responsive and accommodating. We loved the neighborhood.

We had a lovely stay at the Wildflower Ranch Inn. The house and property are beautiful, and the hosts are awesome. Breakfast was great also.
