Great Room
Great location. Clean and modern. The only part that was bothersome was the neighbors. Walls are very thin and you could hear them clearly.

Great Stay!
The ensuite was perfect for my needs. The location was good and I was able to take my morning walks in the neighborhood without hesitation or issue. There was some midday noise from the attached residence, however it was minimal and didnt last long. Comfy bed, nice shower, large closet.

This was a single bedroom with basically a wet bar with a microwave and a sink made to be a "bathroom" sink. It also had its own toilet and shower together but within the bedroom area. I liked the space overall...good enough to have a place to rest after a long day if you are by yourself or with one other person. The walk from the convention center was about a mile BUT I had to walk through a some what sketchy neighborhood to get to the room. I made sure to walk only during the daylight. The actual neighborhood(within 3-4 blocks) looks like a new development. No bus line to convention center but a Lyft would probably not be over $15. Driving to the convention center is about 5 minutes but parking can be anywhere from $5 to $20 a day. There is free parking on the street in front of the house where the room is. One thing I would suggest to the owner is to find a way for the person in this room to control their own temperature. I was actually a bit cold and was not able to make the temperature warmer(it was summer). Also a shower curtain could be put up to keep water from the shower getting onto the floor in front of the toilet. The potential for being disturbed by those in the other part of the house is very real- luckily I had no issues. There were several restaurants close by but I didn't eat at any. I'd stay at this place again and have my own transportation to make getting around easier and better.

Great little studio.
Very clean secure and quiet studio. Very nice mattress for my back. It feels like it’s very recently remodeled. Excellent place to stay if at convention center.
